It is with pride that we now have 10,000 taps across the property for the transformation of syrup into by-products, sold year-round at the<a href=\"https:\/\/aubergedesgallant.com\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Auberge des Gallant<\/a><span> <\/span>and in season at the Sugar Factory. Our delicious syrup is available at<span> <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.metro.ca\/trouver-une-epicerie\/139\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fordham Metro<\/a><span> <\/span>in Saint-Zotique or at<span> <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/DEP.325\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">325 convenience store in Rigaud<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The<span> <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/aubergedesgallant.com\/fr\/menus\/temps-des-sucres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sugar factory<\/a><span> <\/span>also serves as a reception hall for events of all kinds and charms with its unique and warm atmosphere. It is also a favorite place for many hikers and skiers to rest, enjoy a hearty maple meal and appreciate a full range of maple products.<\/p>\n<p>Today, it is Steven Gallant, the son of the owners, who takes over the maple grove and is in charge of the maple syrup production.<\/p>\n<p>The 2020 season will begin on February 29 and end on May 2.
