    This menu is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 9:45 am.
    It is either à la carte or buffet style, depending on the number of guests.

    Brunch Menu

    This menu is available every Sunday from 11am to 1:30pm. Please note that rates are subject to change without notice on holidays and public holidays

    Bistro Menu

    This menu is available from Monday to Saturday
    from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm (last service)

    Evening menu

    This menu is available à la carte every day from 5:30 to 8:00 pm (last service)

    The wine cellar

    Our wine cellar has a selection of over 300 different types of wine. Offering classics as well as some novelties, our menu has been awarded the famous “Award of excellence” by the Wine Spectator magazine. For us, wine is a passion that can be described in three words: pleasure, sharing and discovery.

    Gallant Sugar Factory

    Since the beginning in 1972, the Gallant family has cherished the dream of operating a sugar factory. Built from trees that fell during the 1998 ice storm, they built a log cabin in the center of a vast maple grove on the south side of Mount Rigaud. This sector benefits from a microclimate very favorable to the production of syrup. Our maple products are available 12 months a year, directly at the Inn. From March to April, the sugar house is a popular place to enjoy a hearty maple meal and appreciate all our different maple products.

    Each year, the production of these products extends from late February to late April. Our maple products are available 12 months a year, directly at the Inn. From March to April, the sugar house is a popular place for hikers and skiers to rest, enjoy a hearty maple meal and appreciate all our different maple products.
