Whether it’s summer or winter, if you love nature, you can enjoy beautiful hikes in the surrounding forests or explore the mountain bike trails in the area. The Nesting Box
Le Nichoir, founded in 1996, is a non-profit rehabilitation center for wild birds, located in Hudson. He provides all appropriate care for injured or orphaned wild birds and then releases them back into their natural habitat.
Galerie Séguin Poirier
The Galerie Séguin Poirier; Maison-Galerie-Atelier located in Les Cèdres and classified as a historical heritage site since 1982 is the place where these works are created.
Trestler House
Located in an enchanting setting, this former residence/general store, dating from 1798, will reveal many secrets. During the tour, you will learn about the different moments in the lives of the Trestlers and their descendants.
Félix-Leclerc House
The Félix-Leclerc House opened its doors to the public in June 2014. The permanent exhibition offers a glimpse into the life of one of Quebec’s greatest artists and allows visitors to discover the many facets of the man who touched us with his songs, poems and plays.

Paths of Mont-Rigaud
The reception chalet of the The Escapade is open Friday through Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., for visitors who choose to enjoy the outdoors and nature of the region. Also, please note that our guides can give presentations on the trails of L’Escapade at the Auberge des Gallant.

Saturday Zen at the Canal
Every Saturday during the summer, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., participate in the yoga sessions on the banks of the Soulanges Canal! Be zen to start the weekend! The sessions are held at the western mouth of the Soulanges Canal in the Thomas-Monro / Louis-Stanislas-Pariseau Park.
Kayak & Sup at the canal
Paddle sports are a great way to enjoy the summer while discovering a unique view of the Soulanges Canal! In the summer season, rent a kayak or a paddle board and explore the Soulanges Canal!
Les petites écores Farm
The Petites Écores farm is located in Pointe-Fortune and has more than 200 beehives, a sea buckthorn plantation as well as a varied market garden production. The farm offers tours of the facilities on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from June 1 to September 30. Departures are at 10am, 11am, 1pm and 2pm on reservation.
Vineyard Côte de Vaudreuil
The Vignoble Côte de Vaudreuil officially started its activities in 2006 with 5,000 vines that were planted between 2000 and 2002. Serge Primi and Christiane St-Onge bought this domain when they were overwhelmed by the beauty of the site.

Our estate includes 5 acres of botanical gardens in the heart of nature and is located near the walking trails of L’Escapade. You will be able to stroll around in peace and quiet to discover the beauty of our enchanting site. Feel free to stop and admire the scenery, read a novel by the lake or simply relax for a break.
Festival of Colors
Celebrate the explosion of fall colors on a natural site at the 25th edition of the Festival Des Couleurs De Rigaud which will take place from October 9 to 11, 2023! Activities for the whole family will take place at Chartier-De Lotbinière Park!
Snowmobile rental
The Montérégie is known for its snowmobile trails. If you would like to enjoy the winter season and drive a snowmobile on the snowy trails of the region, you can rent one at CMR Motoneige et Sports in St-Lazare, just a few minutes from the Auberge des Gallant.
Ski Mont-Rigaud
Rigaud Mountain offers a host of activities. For the whole winter period, the mountain is open for skiing to the delight of lovers of skiing and winter sports. From the top of the mountain, you will get a spectacular view of the area.
