What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out before 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available in all rooms and public areas.

Is there a parking lot?
Yes, free parking is available for all guests. No need to book in advance.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, some pets are allowed in ground-floor rooms with exterior access. Additional charges apply.


Packages and Promotions

What packages are available?
The inn offers a variety of packages, including Relaxation, Gastronomy, Adventure and Romance. See website for availability and details.

Can packages be booked online?
Yes, most packages can be booked online. For specific requests, please call us.

How long does it take to cancel a package?
For most packages, cancellations up to 72 hours before arrival are free of charge. After this time, charges will apply.

Can I customize a package?
It is sometimes possible to add services such as massages or meals. Contact the inn for more customization options.


Restaurant and Meals

What are the restaurant’s opening hours?

  • Breakfast : Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 9:45 a.m.
  • Dinner: Monday to Saturday: 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
  • Sunday brunch: 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
  • Evening menu : Daily, 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Do I need to reserve a table?
Reservations are recommended for meals, especially on weekends and public holidays.

Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is available on request for meals.


Spa and Wellness

What treatments are available at the spa?
The spa offers Swedish and therapeutic massages, as well as treatments for pregnant women. Other beauty and relaxation treatments are also available.

Is the spa accessible without a stay at the inn?
Yes, the spa is open to visiting guests. However, treatments must be booked in advance.

What are the spa’s opening hours?
The spa is open daily from 9am to 5pm.

What are the cancellation policies?
For treatments, cancellations 48 hours in advance are free of charge. After this time, partial or total charges may apply.


Activities and Leisure

What activities are available on site?
The inn offers access to an outdoor pool (May to September), outdoor hot tubs, hiking trails and a games room.

What activities are available nearby?
You’ll find options for hiking, skiing (in winter), cultural visits (Galerie Séguin Poirier, Maison Trestler), as well as the Sucrerie des Gallant for a typical sugar shack meal. We’re also just minutes from the famous Sucrerie de la Montagne and several vineyards.


Reservations and Policies

What payment methods are accepted?
Payments by credit card, debit card and cash are accepted. Reservations always require a credit card pre-authorization.

To avoid charges, cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival. In high season, these conditions may vary.

Yes, it is possible to book in advance to guarantee availability, especially for popular packages and high season.
